Johnny is awesome! He handled my bankruptcy, which was the only way I could get my life back in order after a nasty divorce in which my deadbeat ex-husband stole all my money, ruined my credit, and tried to destroy me financially (among other things). Never an easy situation, and I had no clue what I was doing, but Johnny is very personable as well as professional, which kept me from feeling totally overwhelmed. He explained things in terms that were easy for me to understand, and kept me calm at the bankruptcy hearing -- which was surprisingly stressful despite being unexpectedly quick and straightforward. I drove to his St Pete office (when needed, a couple times at most) even though I lived in Tampa, because I trusted him and appreciated his relaxed approach when dealing with his clients (I don't care much for stuffy corporate attorney types). My only regret is that I didn't know him when I was going through the divorce; I may not have even needed to file bankruptcy if Johnny had handled the divorce!

I have recommended Johnny to anyone I know who is in need of a highly competent *and* compassionate attorney, and will continue to do so. Should I ever need legal representation in the future, I will always look to him first, even if it is something he doesn't handle, because I would trust his referrals/recommendations.

I am happy to say that thanks to Johnny, I am now reestablishing my credit, free from the financial shambles I was in just a couple years ago, and on the road to getting my life back. I hope I never need legal help in the future, but if I do, Johnny Bardine is definitely the person I will go to!

Hired him to wrap up my divorce case! ABSOLUTELY terrible. Would give him zero stars but not an option. He insisted I wire him funds immediately and promised to deliver all necessary services. He never followed through. He was unable to get on the phone. When I finally met him in person he looked extremely disheveled and was over an hour late to the appointment. I had to fire him after I found out he had never put in a NOA to appear on my behalf in another county. I also had to inform him several times that the Florida bar website said he was unable to practice in Florida (which he said was due to late fees). Not only has he never returned any of the initial fees, he has never communicated since regarding billing! He did absolutely NOTHING to help my case. Please meet in person before he insists on payment! You will definitely not hire him. His promises are all lies and he doesn’t follow through with anything.

JOKE! Never sent me my final ledger after I requested a dozen times, wouldn’t release my additional retainer yet wouldn’t show proof of billable hours. He missed one of the court dates and showed up to the final one with black eyes!!! Furthermore, he never submitted 80% of my divorce documents to the court and has now blocked my phone number. Will be submitting a complaint with the Florida bar. BEWARE ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
