I must be honest.....Mr Daniels was my sons attorney and he didn't care about anything but money. I was a little apprehensive about him upon meeting him, although it was my son that initially hired him. A good attorney will let you know upon consultation rather or not you have a fighting chance, he strike to be an attorney that would fight for you. It was said by Mr Daniels that surposibly there was some audio-video evidence in which he never made the state produce neither nor did the so call officers that were allegedly involved ever show up to speak with Mr Daniels, even after contacting their sargent (per Mr Daniels). So my question would be why did my son receive prison time for evidence that was never produced? It wasn't until I met Mrs Van Ness (attorney) that I discovered that I had been duped out of my hard working money, although by then my son was already tired of sitting in jail and would settle for anything. Be careful who you hire as an attorney. The one star is for the nice office that he has.
