He did a probate of an estate for me. WHAT A MESS!!!!!! I was given little to no direction in what was need for me to do. I went into the office to tell them the property in another state was sold. I was told I could distribute the proceeds to the son before the finish of probate. Then at the end of the 17 months there had to be an audit sent in to the court. They said they needed another $5,000 above what they quoted me. I did pay. Then the lawyer he assigned to us left this practice and the audit was never done. It was a nightmare getting another lawyer to finish. We were out the additional $5,000 and the theisadded several months to the process. I would never use or recommend using him.
