My Company used Roy for our litigation against a major player who was trying to take advantage of a small company. Roy Foxhall and myself worked out a deal to get $10,000 off the bill and pay the remainder in monthly payment interest free. In my opinion Roy is a superior Atty.

Great Attorney, he did help me out on a case a couple of weeks ago. I got to Florida from Virginia and he was ready for the court . He did great and I won the case.

Other party Attorny was a bully and Roy managed the case in a very calm and smart way.

Give him enough information and enough time to defend you. If you are innocent he Will help you. If you are guilty that is your issue at the end.

I wish I would have read more of the reviews! Not only is he unprofessional but I believe him to be unethical and we have followed up with the ethics board. His staff is rude and his secretary hung up on me when I questioned why they didn’t do their due diligence. We frequently found out through my fathers soon to be ex-wife things that the attorney had not submitted or been compliant on. Several contempt hearings were set because of his incompetence. Again the only reason we knew about these was because my father’s soon to be ex-wife informed us!

Great attorney! very knowledgeable. He actually cares about his clients. Roy has helped me on a few cases. I don't know what I would do without his expertise on my side!

I don't understand any of the negative reviews.The man is a consummate professional and handled my case back in 2014 with the utmost integrity.His knowledge of the law is unsurpassed by any lawyer in this town.I have recommended him to numerous friends and family members.If I ever need legal representation in the future I wouldn't hesitate to contact him.

Mother hired him while I was in jail, Never heard of him. Sounded promising. Would not except phone calls from jail. Family called him the day before I had court, and he didn't know who I was. Went to court next afternoon, he was late, all the other lawyers were their with their clients. Didn't come back to the holding cell to talk to me. Had to take what the judge threw at me, did not want to sit in jail for another 3 months for him to take time in figuring out my case. Waste of money. Should have gotten public pretender. Do not suggest hiring this man.

Did nothing for my child custody case, never argued anything . Kept saying he has case law which he never produced.. He was a waste of money. I could've represented myself better than he did. Don't use him
