My husband and I personal experience with Vinson Law: Was working with Attorney Christopher Pettus. He showed a very graceful disposition. It was easy to interact with him. He was patient n understanding. He kept a pleasant conversation giving us clear information with prompt responds, with our best intrest in mind. It has been a pleasure working with him n the firm. Don't think we could of had a better lawyer n firm. I can only say, "This was the Lord's doings! All things work out for the good of them who loves the Lord!" And we do love the Lord! God bless Vinson Law n special blessing to ATTORNEY Christopher Pettus. He is a keeper!

I've been dealing with Vinson Law for a few months now and I have to say that I am well pleased with their concern about my asbestosis case. Of course, I wish the process were going faster but I know the nature of the business is nearly always a slow process. The staff has always been able to answer any question I've asked.

My experience with Vinson Law has been very positive. Their level of professionalism, communication and concern are qualities I appreciate. Ben and his entire staff have made me feel like they are on my team. They have helped me through a very difficult time in my life and continue to do so. I've had great results from their work on my behalf and on behalf of my late husband and I especially appreciate the work they do for veterans and their families. I highly recommend Vinson Law.

Upon receiving my diagnosis of Asbestosis, I wanted to explore my legal options. After much research, Vinson Law was my choice as they seemed to be genuinely concerned. They aggressively pursued all the avenues available to me and kept me well informed as to the status of my claims. Many thanks to Ben and his entire staff.

I have been working with Vinson Law for about two years now. I have an asbestos claim filed with them. They were very clear up front about the process, the possibilities of award and how they were determined. They ensured that I understood how the billing on their end worked. I was amazed by the lengths they went to in checking out my claim and verifying that I had a case. I am extremely impressed and more than satisfied with the service and the results to date. Thank you for your help.

The staff at Vinson has been amazing to work with. They've been attentive and kind through difficult times that myself and my family have gone through. I don't know what we would've done without their guidance and professionalism. We are so lucky we were led to this firm in our time of crisis.

I had an amazing experience with Vinson Law. Mark Alonzo helped both my father and I after our accidents. The process was very simple and he checked on us regularly to make sure our treatments were going well. Even after the accident Mark made sure we were happy and I can honestly say he made this first law suit so easy for both my father and myself. I will definitely be returning to Vinson Law if I need any legal help again!

I’ve been working with Vinson Law for over two years now. I can’t say enough good things about them. Right from the get go they made it clear that they were all about helping me and they’ve stayed true to that statement every day since then. Andrew Calandro is my lawyer and he is absolutely wonderful. Again, can’t say enough good things. The firm has done so much for me and has really put my well being at the top of their priority list. My lawsuit is now settled and I am over the moon. I owe so much to Vinson Law and I’d recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable, trustworthy and caring firm. Top notch.

Ben Vinson...he is a phenomenal lawyer. When I was diagnosed with mesothelioma, a friend referred me to Vinson Law Firm. Ben spent endless hours working on my case... including time spent with my family. The settlements he negotiated were more than what I ever imagined they would end up being. I can sum Ben up in 2 words: He cares. And that means a ton when hiring a lawyer!

DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM... I was hit on bike Nov6, 2019 and electronically hired Vinson law. I had to find out through my MRI provider that Vinson Law had dropped me due to the driver not having assets. I was never notified through Email, postal service, or phone service of this decision... Not a professional group of attorneys.

Am patiently waiting for contact regarding a car accident with a semitruck owned by Old Dominion Freight Line. Seems one must be injured to be compensated and the impact of lost wages or the simple fact the truck driver screwed up and I paid for it is lost on the legal field. A big rig backed into my vehicle at a stop sign, had no warning system, no backup lights and the driver did not stop...but continued on his way to unload, I had to bang on his door to get is attention. That is worth something surely. I am about to lose my car and my car insurance and am getting no response from my emails.

TWO STARS out of five... My attorney at Vinson law was Christopher Pettus. My take on Mr. Pettus was a lawyer that was just not to interested in my case ! His work on my case throughout the entire process was little to none . I will present my experience below.
1) Mailed notice of claim to wrong Defendents. (A simple check in Florida Corporations website would have prevented the lengthy process of getting a reply and the necessary insurance information to proceed! It took months! I finally called his assistant (Ashley) and corrected this mistake myself!
2) Medical billing information from the Veterans Hospital where I was treated for my severely fractured shoulder. This took almost a year and was only received after my intervention ! The process for getting billing from the VA is pretty straight forward ! A simple internet search will provide the proper forms that need to be completed to begin the up to 60 day process and additional information to proceed if the VA does not complete within the 60 days !
After 6 to 8 months of floundering around trying to get the VA billing Mr. Pettus sent me a letter stating they were making no progress in getting the VA billing and that maybe I would have better luck ? I did and they finally got the billing required to proceed within a month !
3) I talked to Mr. Pettus about applying for a hardship waiver for my VA bills in light of my indigent status at that time. He told me not to do this as it would hamper his negotiation's with our claim. I lost that chance as we proceeded to settlement ! I may or may not have received a waiver? I will never know now!
4) Settlement... I relied on statements made by Mr. Pettus that there was a chance of getting a reduction on my VA bills and that he would forward a hardship letter I had written, as well as a cover letter he would write to the VA’s Legal counsel. He even made a note to do this in my presence on his reminder board behind his desk. He also stated that there was a good probability that they would deduct 30% of the legal fees from the VA bill thus increasing my portion of the settlement ? I relied on these statements and signed off on the settlement with high hopes that he would continue to negotiate with the VA’s legal counsel on my behalf ? I spoke with the VA’s counsel and she stated she had not received anything on my request for compromise ?
Sloppy, with months of no communication and misinformation when we did speak ! Thumbs down on Mr. Pettus

Chris and Andrew are two extremely intelligent and skillful professionals. I am so fortunate that they were on my team. I will highly recommend them to everyone who may feel intimidated by the insurance company and their attorneys. They are communicative and they will keep you well informed every step of the way. Not only are they my attorneys, they are life long friends. Thank you both.

I met with all of the attorneys except Mr. Ben Vinson himself, but nevertheless, I spoke to him several times by phone. His staff go above and beyond in help care and concern and was able to answer any questions I had with my personal injury case. I had good representation and they are like family. I miss Mr. Vinson and his staff dearly and would highly recommend their firm to anyone that is skeptical of hiring an attorney. They were honest, friendly, ,attentive, reliable, knowledgeable, professional. if you have doubts of hiring any other firm, don 't hesitate to contact them I do not regret one moment of hiring this firm which handled my case. Thank you Mr. Vinson and Staff.
