While I appreciate his honesty about my situation he was definitely rude on the phone. He speaks down to you like your stupid for not understanding how the irs works, well if I did I wouldn’t of needed to call him! He asked me questions then cut me off mid sentence of my answers. He ended the conversation with a “good luck” and hung up on me.

The worse! Extremely rude, unreliable, charge the money up front and then was always busy to take a phone call. Everything was by text and never showed any interest in my case! Waste my money! Worst attorney ever! Wore shorts to our two meetings. Rude and condescending. Truly believe he works or the IRS. Does not have client's interests at heart.

Called for free consultation - was hoping to get it over the phone. Brian talks fast and over top of me and like a used car salesman! would not recommend as Brian has no customer/client manners. He was very vague and just wanted me to come in with my paper work. I had to ask what the fee was. Very unconfortable conversation. Rude actually!

I had two pretty simple issues with my taxes and like everything, the IRS turned it into a complete nightmare. I spent hours on the phone with these people and they just kept needing more and more and jerking me around until I was fed up. It was like the movie Groundhogs Day every time I'd call.
