HORRIBLE FROM THE FIRST PHONE CALL!! I called several times yesterday and left one message, and never received a call back. Today 7/31/18 I called once and Albert answered. Already his tone of voice sounded as if he had attitude. Nonetheless I explained what was going on. Throughout the conversation he continued to interrupt me, still using the same tone of voice. Towards the end of the phone call, his tone and rudeness continued. I stopped and asked that he please calm down, that I was only trying to explain my situation. He proceeded to tell me " Just answer my question, I don't care about the rest. " At that point I was frustrated and rambled out the rest of my explanation, only to have him say there's nothing he could help with. Mind you, all I received from him was attitude and him bypassing what I tried to explained. I would not recommend this attorney. When looking for an attorney, usually you are in a stressful situation, and expect the attorney to listen to whats going on. Albert Batista did not. I will NEVER try to speak to him again, no matter the situation.
