Attorney Mitchell professionalism goes over and above of what an attorney is expected to do for his clientele. I had a very difficult divorce, assets etc.. He treats you like a human not at all like a stranger. He gives you the respect and honesty possible. Very professional controlled but agressive. I highly recommend using this firm.

Mr Mitchell and his very friendly staff took great personal care with our case. One lawyer and two qualified paralegals walked us through a confusing and complicated bankruptcy. I'm not sure which attorney I spoke to here but he was extremely rude and unprofessional, to the point of calling me names. I refuse to work with them if thats how they handle business. I didnt even get to talk about my case or anything. It was a miscommunication with the phone line and shortly after I recieved a rude email that was completely uncalled for and I did not deserve it! People who are looking for attorney's usual have some sort of distress on their life and they look for someone to trust and this is not it .

this guy wanted to charge me $1700 for filing bankruptcy chapter 7 i googled it and it costs the most in florida $500 with the filling court fees and he charged my mom $6000 for her divorce case ,you are such a rip off.

This lawyer is the best there is and I'm glad I found him. He does multiple things and helped me with a bankruptcy and divorce for now. I might use him for something else if I need him. I was able to resolve all my issues. I have no regrets in hiring him. He explained everything to me and walked me thru it all and answered my questions. Very knowledgeable and very honest. I've been to other attorney's and all they cared about was how much it was going to be. This guy explains everything in detail and looks at you when explaining not at everything else. Went in for a bankruptcy case and hired him on the spot. He cares more about what"s going on with the case and so easy to talk too! Very intelligent and more like a friend than a lawyer!

I went in for a consultation for a divorce and ended up hiring this attorney. He sure knows what he is talking about. He is very honest and straight forward with everything he's asked. No sugar coating anything like other attorneys. It's up to the proof you have and how good he is!

I consulted with Mr. Mitchell when I saw his fantastic reviews. I went there and saw the building he was in. I got to the door and was a little afraid to go in cause it didn't look too extravagant. I went inside and instead of a window opening that was there, a door opened and there stood a man that took me to his office. I was thinking "What am I doing here!" He politely had me sit down and started talking about my divorce that I had spoken about over the phone. I listened very carefully at everything he had to say and asked me questions that I answered. You could tell he really cared and knew what he was talking about. I felt at ease once he opened his mouth. I hired him right away. All the things that was said about this attorney was on the spot.

I wouldn't even give this place a one star! I called last week 3 time to get advice and the staff is incompetent and they do not seem to know much and seem like they were newbees! From seeing other reviews, we are not the only ones that experienced this BAD experience! Notice how the attorney gave himself a 5 star after another customer complained! My advice, stay away from this ineffective firm unless you want to have your time wasted!!

The person alleged to be "Ryan Brooks" was never our client at all, since we never had a client by that name. So whoever this ghostwriter person is, it was not someone who was our client, so his review is not true at all.
We always fight 100% for our clients and do the absolute best job possible because in the view of Raymond Mitchell he is not just serving our clients but he is also serving the Lord who will judge his work and will reward him according to how good he served his clients.
Our paralegal Carol is always very friendly and respectful of our clients, but when clients try to make us work for them as slaves without paying for the fees they owe us and constantly bug Carol to keep working for no pay as a slave then she does not keep telling them dozens of times to pay their bills first. Some clients want to waste her time by calling many several times to work their case and ignore that fact that they owe hundreds or thousands of dollars to our firm.
We respect all of our clients, since all clients are made in God's image and we will go beyond the call of our duty to serve you in your case.

I hate to say this but I am very disappointed with the service that my family has been given. The assistant carol is extremely rude to downright nasty and is friendly when she wants to take money and then she doesnt return calls for over a week. They will charge lots of money but will not fight for you. We are so upset that we are debating on filing a bar complaint against them. They paint a great picture in the beginning and then do the opposite of what they say. Hopefully Carol treats other clients better than they treated my family
