Donald Golden and associates did a fantastic job with my chapter 7 discharge. After the discharge, the trustee took control of the closing, and I felt like I never knew what was happening except by the trustee. I would have desired that I would have been given more information at the beginning of the process of the case. I felt like everything was not explained properly throughout the case. Make sure you ask questions about your case so you will know everything that is going to happen. Please, ask questions to one of the attorneys. I will say more about this post later.

Generally it was a good experience. Couple of suggestions: I would love to have my lawyer in court with me the day I was called in front of the trustee. But I understand that last-minute changes happens, and that every office have their own system. Then, I would love to hear the final discharge notice from my lawyer first before receiving the letter in the mail. Maybe I’m being to picky, but for me these little details set aside an excellent business.

Was a great first consultation loved presentation and seemed as if he really cared. Went back to confirm prices and was ready to pay more for his services then other lawfirms because of his first impression, however felt he obviously was having a bad day on my follow up which people are allowed but didn't appreciate the attitude I was given and thank god I experienced this before retaining or giving them my money.

Golden Law handle the case for me back in 2012. I was closing on a house yesterday and needed documents from that case that I no longer had. I called and spoke with Jenelle and advised her of the situation thinking there was no chance they would have the information needed on file as it was so old. Do NOT use him. He messed up my entire filing! He did not tell me about a third option to keep my car. He told me that I will have no problem getting an apartment after the discharge, I got rejected and they told me I cannot qualify for an apartment until 2 years after the discharge! Good thing I didn't put in my notice yet or I wouldn't have a place to live! He also did not protect my tax refund or tell me that they could take it and they are taking 80%! My new attorney is now begging the trustee for mercy! Worse experience of my life. He messed up my car, my apartment, and my refund!
