The experience started off really well. Communication was great and questions were answered when I called. It all fell to pieces as soon as I paid for her services. Once she had money she was always in court. Everytime I called, court and the receptionist couldn't answer any questions AT ALL. The process I needed done was quoted for 10 days time. 20 days later I lost out on what I had paid her for and STILL DID NOT HAVE WHAT I PAID FOR. Absolutely and completely disappointed in this firm and their lack of regard for their clients.

Awesome service. The whole process from beginning to end was seamless. I'm a father of five and ended up with full custody of my children, which is something very hard to achieve in the state of Florida, due to the laws. I was kept in the loop every step of the way and when I had questions about anything they were answered promptly. I would recommend Mrs. Shaughnessy to anyone.

Monica Frost is the best in the business. She is caring, knowledgeable and personable. I found that she is very reasonably priced, probably the lowest around and the most experienced. She responded quickly to all of my emails/phone calls. My stress level with my parenting plan was through the roof. She allowed me to see the entire picture, and really put the needs of my son first. Which of course, is the most important and always at the heart, but sometimes can get buried in the back and forth negotiations. Her perspective and advice kept me calm and collected in a not so easy situation. I retained Shaughnessy law in a housing issue, and after 4 years it would have been cheaper, and affected my credit for the same amount of time, that would have started 4 years earlier. It was difficult to get return phone calls, or emails. One day without notice I got a court document saying she was no longer representing me even though she didn't bother talking to me before taking herself off my case. I recommend you look elsewhere for an attorney that will be useful in any issues you might have. She was not.

I would not hire these people. They are awful. I personally knew Mara from a BNI. Once they took our deposit it was downhill from there. They were difficult in getting any information or any type of communication. Do your research and hire a good lawyer.

I was given Mara's name by a friend. It turned out to be a total waste of time!! The friend that gave me her number is also having big issues with her. Not recommended AT ALL!! She will be facing the State Bar soon.
