Horrible communication skills whoever Sharon is paralegal whatever she may be is incredibly rude and and takes it upon herself to assume things about CLIENTS they claim they care they care about you going to as many appointments as you can possibly go to ( Completely ignoring the fact that you’ve never had a drivers license you do not drive (epilepsy) and you were a passenger in an accident I don’t even want to ride in a car anymore I don’t even want to completely ignoring the fact that you’ve never had a drivers license do not wan to ride in a car or go to a grocery store anymore so they can get as much as they possibly can They don’t care if you get better or if the appointments and therapy helps you or not they just want to be paid they don’t care about their clients . I probably wouldn’t have fired them as an attorney if Sharon hadn’t been so rude and assuming so in the future tell Sharon she should sound a little less judge mental when she’s on the phone with people because she does and she doesn’t hide it very well . Because of her you lost a client.
This woman had the audacity to ask me what was going on next and what I want out of this I want a quality of life and to not feel like I’m doing something wrong or not following through because I won’t/can’t get injections in my neck , I also have irregular cortisol levels and guess what cortisone does... freaking geniuses really! I wanted all this to be over with and she couldn’t even understand that. Multiple text messages and phone calls and don’t get a call back until I threatened them with firing them.

I had a traffic citation a few years back and Danny Hartpence helped me keep it off my driving record. I will always be thankful for that. I was treated really nice and he did everything he could to help me out.

I can honestly say I'm a better driver since that incident.

Very unprofessional and only cares about making money from bodily injury. Marsha showed up 30 mins late to the interview and got banned from the medical faculty bc of her unprofessionalism. It’s been a week since the accident and no call. Car is still unfixed. We had to call them multiple times to finally 3 way the at fault driver’s insurance to get our car fixed. Even the geico agent scolded her for taking this long to call the statement in and only caring about the bodily injury reimbursement. They need to fire the whole staff. I haven’t even heard from Jeremy the lawyer. These people literally don’t care about you. Don’t go there

I wanted to take a minute to say how pleased I was with the professionalism and outstanding service of clark law. I hired Danny to represent me for a dui serious bodily injury case I was facing. Danny came to see me in jail several times to keep me updated with where we were at in the case and always offered encouragement and reassurance. If it wasnt for Dannys hard word and dedication to my case I believe the outcome would have been completly different. Thank you to all the staff at Clark law for everything. My family members has used Clark Law for n the past for more then one case / legal issues. Smart people only get burn once then learn. Family protect other family members by sharing there negative experiences in life. Well, not mines...... instead my family member allowed the other to sign on with Pearman and Clark just to get screwed like they did. Terrible experience and still today I have not been compensated for my injury due to accident. They settled my case without knowledge or consaultation. I was then bullied by an associate "BRIAN" during inquiry of what happened. Medical services providers have contacted me about non payment. I signed a check in the office with "BRIAN"......go figure! Unannounced, I went to the office on Gandy. A secretary / associate attempted to trick me into signing a document releasing them from payment to medical service provider. It's been close to 6 years now and I have no sesolve to this nor have they made any attempt at contacting me. Still today medical service providers are after/contacting me. At this point I'm sure I have grounds to seek legal malpractice against JERMY CLARK and his wife. I made a terrible choice playing; any-mini-mighty-mo with Ad's..........Terrible, Terrible, Awfull Experience.

Daniel Heartpence is an all-star attorney! My husband had some very serious charges we thought he was going to prison for sure, he scored 5yrs prison time. I am so grateful for the work put forth by Danny, Brian and the other lawyers who worked on my case at Pearlman & Clark. I'm a recent graduate from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL and I currently ride a scooter because of the convenience of everything being nearby. On July 3rd (2015), a driver cut through 3 lanes of traffic to cut me off on a major roadway which resulted in me being thrown off the scooter at 40 MPH and lead to a broken right arm and a busted chin that required stitches. Fortunately, I was wearing a helmet which more than likely saved my life. Following this incident, I was slammed with a $3000 emergency room visit followed by a lien against me from SHANDS hospital which they sent out less than 2 weeks after my accident. I also required 4 follow-up visits for my right arm that totaled over $1000 which put me into significant debt - on top of all the other life stressors going on in my life. Needless to say, the entire ordeal took a lot out of me mentally and emotionally. My mom worked with this firm previously and they were able to do great work for her so she recommended me to Danny which lead to my case. From the beginning, Danny was professional, courteous and showed genuine concern for my injury. Even when I was snappy or difficult to talk to (I'm not a huge fan of lawyers in general), Danny was helpful and informative. He was very open with me about what he planned to do for me and what steps needed to take place to reach a settlement. Once I healed and received all the medical bills for my injury, I was able to hand those over to the law firm and they took complete charge from that point on. I sent my final bills on Oct. 8th and I received my settlement check less than a month later on Nov. 5th. They were able to settle my case at the maximum on the offender's insurance policy which was awesome. They were also able to negotiate my medical bills from over $4000 to only $2750, which gave me more money back in my settlement, even more awesome. Even after my case was closed, Danny and Brian were 100% responsive when I received a letter asking for collection of the medical bills that we had just negotiated and were planning to pay. It was truly refreshing to have someone looking out for my interests when I felt like a stick in the mud that every bureaucratic system and institution kept stepping on without the slightest care. Now I have a great deal of money saved up for a car and I intend to be off my scooter by the end of the year! I can't wait to buy my new car but it wouldn't be possible without Danny's help and the help from this law firm. I absolutely recommend this guy if you have a serious personal injury case or anything in that realm.
