Wow! So impressed, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve received in a few years, so much so that I felt compelled to write a review! I’m being sued by a debt collector so I decided to call Yesner. He straight up told me that because of my circumstances he may not be able to help me but that did not stop him from giving me advice about how to handle my case and guiding me through what may happen in court and how I should ideally react. He did not try to swindle me into getting services which would be useless for my case and drive me further in debt. Instead, he literally took 5-10 minutes out of his morning to coach me through what to expect. I was so shocked and impressed that such a person as him exists in this day and age whose first instinct is to help rather than take advantage of or dismiss those of us in desperate circumstances.
