First time using them. Lost the case and $150 paid to tc and $353 to uncle sam plus 4 Hrs of driving school. FML

I was in a motorcycle accident when traveling through an intersection with a 2 way stop for traffic crossing or pulling onto my road, a 16 year old girl pulled into the intersection as I passed through it causing me to strike her vehicle. I was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance and never had a chance to explain my story to the police so naturally the girl told the cop it was my fault and I was ticketed for careless driving causing a crash. I paid the ticket clinic $250 to fight my ticket in court for me and I was still adjudicated guilty. this case should have been a slam dunk for ticket clinic considering she pulled out from a stop causing me to strike her vehicle however they still lost my case and now I'm out $250 plus court cost and driving school. I could have made a better defense for myself had I just went to court myself, not only would I still have my $250 but I would have easily beat this ticket since it is her responsibility to check when at a stop for oncoming traffic. beware of this company they talk a big game and are quick to take your money but produce nothing even in a case such as mine which should have been won without breaking a sweat.

They save u a trip to court but thats about it....my wife got a ticket for passing a stopped school bus and he got the adjudication withheld and no points on her license....but we still had to pay the fine...266 plus the lawyer was 100.....i dont call that a win....thats just shy of 400 dollars.....thats alot of money.....and she had a written statement and pictures of everything....next time....i would probably hire a traffic court lawyer who specializes in this stuff....they claim too but in the end the judge just agrees with the cop and its all about the money.....legal extortion

Horrible experience I've used them before with good outcome but this time it was just ridiculous. I was there in court a hour prior. The attorney "Justin" didn't show up until a hour after the court date they called for him a few times and just went around me when I was there be he was not! Did not get rid of the points and it costed me about another 400 out of pocket

Would put 0 if I could. Hired them for 2 separate tickets. First one I was found guilty due to tickets in the past but didn't think it was a law to be found guilty based off your past. Thought every ticket was different but guess not. Then called ticket clinic to ask to speak to my lawyer about the second ticket. was told I wasn't allowed to have my Lawyers information so I gave the the correct number to put on file and my email address so he/she could contact me. Did not receive a single call. Went to court and found my lawyer to not being doing anything about my ticket. Called the ticket clinic a few days after finding i was found guilty and asked why my lawyer never contacted me. They told me he tried but the number wasn't avaible to call. My old phone (# they have on file) was disconnected so I gave them the right one during original phone call. Spoke to 2 separate people and neither could help me. It's a legal company for crying out loud, they should have recordings of the phone conversation with me and them telling them a different phone number. Not upset at the fact I was found guilty. I'm upset I paid them to have a lawyer and i couldn't even speak to my own damn lawyer before court. And all they said they could do for me is to speak to the manager named Giana which is supposed to call on Monday but guess we will see. They are running their business terribly considering the fact they cant put me in contact with the person representing me. I suggest you turn ur business somewhere else if you want an actual lawyer you can talk to and that will represent you. Oh and was still found guilty for both tickets with all points left on my license and about $400 in court fees I have to pay now too. A complete ripoff
