It's hard to explain my story, but I will try, my husband John and I had 33 wonderful years together in which we did everything, we were not the best with paying things on time but we did it, when he got sick and was not able to work anymore, I tried to do it all on my own and put everything into his medical. I am very pleased with the assistance of everyone in both the Tampa and Land OLakes offices. Christina was extremely helpful throughout the beginning of my process. I was unsure of downloading my documents into the Box app. Christina stayed on the phone with me and talked me through uploading few files that were problematic.

And I just found out my case not even worked in Florida but in Mexico.What a nightmare. I just decided to get a new attorney they are a joke.

Warning ! Your case is being handled by a call center in Mexico! Yes your private information all sensitive data is being handled by a staff in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Robert M. Geller his wife Helene and Office Manager Danielle Austin all lie to their clients when I found out the truth. Next time you call the phone number it's being routed to a call center in Puerto Vallarta Mexico.. these are people with no background checks or screening. Shame on you Robert M. Geller.

I would not recommend this law office. The Lawyers are unprofessional and rude. For the filling court date the attorney did not even show or call. After an hour waiting he had another attorney show. Second appointment was with Robert Geller and was a phone appointment he scheduled. I was supposed to call in at 11:00 to the office when I call I was told I was not scheduled. He called a few minutes later and was I said why I not scheduled he well I called you didn't I. I ended the phone conversation with him telling me to chill out and me telling him how unprofessional he was.
