I'm sure the other reviews are most likely from his friends or family member. Hear me out! I got into an auto accident on 10/24 where my car was totaled and the other person that hit me did not have any insurance. Of course we did not find that out until after the fact. When I was in the accident a guy came up to me and gave me Eric's number, and ultimately I knew it was for a chance for the guy to get a commission but I was not really bothered by that at the moment. Fast forward Eric's secretary sends me an uber to come out to speak with him. I literally spoke with him for like 3 min and he basically spoke to me sort of like he did not want to bothered. He was asking me pre-screening questions, but he just gave me this scam vibe right off the bat. So anyways he spoke with me like I understood legal terminology and I was asking him to further explain, but it was like he could not be bothered and he left his secretary with me while he said he was going off to lunch. OK now his secretary comes and speaks with me, and she seemed more welcoming but again she was rushing and doing the same sales fast talk jargon that he was doing. My question is why bring me during lunch hour if you're just going to rush me out within literally 10 minutes of my arrival. I'm an student, and I spent most of my time making phone calls to my car insurance company as well, as the at fault driver insurance company plus other places. My dad who is an CPA was like why are you doing all the calling around when you are on meds , and plus he has a legal secretary or a paralegal for that. Basically his secretary was not being pro-active at all. Plus to make matters worst, she would never call me to update me on a situation. I had to call them to get an update. This is by far the most janky law firm I have ever seen in my life. I really did not want to leave this review, but felt the need to warn any other person to do your research before you hire them or any attorney for that matter. I spoke with several other attorneys after the fact, and they were in agreeance that I was not handled correctly in regards to me or my case. Within two weeks time span, as I mentioned I kept calling the secretary and she was like basically we're going to drop your case because the other people did not have any insurance, and I get business is business but it was the manner in which it was handled was very unprofessional. Basically I had to call them in order to get that info, or else I was not going to get a professional email or mailed letter that says your case has been dropped. Bottom line run as fast as you can!! If you guys pay to get this deleted I will re write it because that was absolutely and utterly disgusted by this firm as an whole.
