Fritz and his team truly changed me and my wife’s lives. We had a very difficult immigration case involving a 601A waiver that was made extra difficult, because we had to prove hardship moving back to our home country even though my wife was from there as well. Thanks to Fritz, Cindy and Fabiana I found my green card in my mail box two days ago after almost four years of hard work from the people at Polatsek. Fritz is such a dedicated attorney he would actually come up with ideas to help our case over weekends.
He always gave us his personal time whenever we had questions. Preferring us to come see him in person rather than do things over e-mail. This was a very stressful time for us and the personal attention we got from Fritz really put us at ease. There was never a clock running and we never got a bill for all the time we spent in his office. The same goes for his brother Harry who also gave us a lot of his time before Fritz took on our case. Cindy and Fabiana did an excellent job with making sure all our paperwork was filed correctly and that our case went as smooth as possible.

I had two previous immigration attorneys handling my case (unsuccessfully) and always got the feeling that they were in more of a hurry to get the retainer signed than to actually help us. That’s not what you’ll experience at this firm. As far as pricing, I’ve gotten estimates from over a dozen attorneys before I joined Polatsek and they compared very well even though they are a large firm with a lot of resources. My previous attorney actually wanted more than double what I was charged at Polatsek.
I hope I don’t get Fritz into too much trouble with his accounting dept, but we got results before we got a bill.

I honestly only have good things to say about my experience with this group of people and would absolutely recommend them to anyone as I’ve already done to some of my friends who needed help from a immigration attorney.
