Was my first choice and man was it the right call! Top to bottom l had all my questions answered and the whole process explained. I am very happy with the end result!

I’m not gonna be rude and give an awful review. Me and my wife went down today to discuss a possible auto injury case. Upon further details given to them they decided not to represent us. Which is fine. But I feel the extra information we gave in person could have easily been given over the phone. We had to find last minute child car this morning and the hassle wasn’t really necessary. The staff that handled us were friendly and up front. I do find it crazy that they told us they only accept 8% of cases presented to them.

If I could give Mr. Shiner a minus 1, I would have. Because the insurer only has $150K availability for underinsured motorist, it's just not enough money for Mr. Shine to bother himself with. For my family, however, we have that much in medical bills and it would mean the world to us.

I think Mr. Shiner should stop placing ads that talk about his concern and compassion for accident victims. He didn't even call us to decline...in fact he never even spoke with us. After a 5 minute interview with his legal asst., she calls back a few hours later and says Mr. Shiner doesn't think he could do our case justice. That's shorthand for there not being a big enough payoff for him.

I have been seeing Bruce L. Scheiner and associates and how much they care commercial after sickening commercial. I called with a legitimate case against a huge retail chain. Bruce denied me help! Another huge firm in Fort Myers had this case for almost 2 years and the paralegal that was dealing with my case is not with the firm any longer and they sent a letter saying that they dropped my case no explanation and I am coming up on 2 years they tied me up with my clock ticking on my statute of limitations.

Helped my sister when she got hit by a drunk driver, and theyre helping my husband now after his accident.

The firm handled my insurance case involving my bicycle (with me on it), and a pickup truck. The truck won that argument and I spent a year rehabbing from my injuries. I was fortunate that I had no permanent injuries and with a lot of hard work, am back to normal and on my bicycle again. Going into this procedure, I had no idea how involved it can get. I called this law firm after a auto accident. I was rear ended. They reviewed my case and refered me to a different attorney, like my case was not big enough for them to matter. The attorney they sent me to did nothing and I mean nothing with my case for two years until I sent a registered letter requesting a copy of my file to hire a attorney who would work on my case. At that time they actually started to work on my case.
I can't tell you how horrible the hole process has been.
Do not use this law group unless you want a horrible experience.
The commercials sound great like you can trust them but they are not after Justice just the big dollar cases.
People like me that are injured and are not high dollar cases need good representation can not trust this law group.
They are only after the big dollar cases.

My case like probably many other's, took some time to settle but the outcome of the settlement was a welcome surprise. I had put my trust in Dan and left him to do his job. Daniel became like a brother to me. Daniel felt my pain and worked to get the best settlement for me. The ladies that I spoke to over the phone also made me feel that they cared. If I could give less than 1 star I would! My wife had a bad car accident in 2013. She went through 2 surgeries so far. She still suffers pain from the accident. After over 3 years we finally get to mediation with the party that caused the accident. The settlement should have been life changing but because of the poor job done by this office in research, the settlement was of great disappointment and did not come close to covering the living expenses we had over this time and has left us in great amount of debt. The commercials portray a very different kind of attorney and do not show the many clients that have had similar experiences to ours. During a meeting, Mr. Scheiner was so unconcerned with our case, he started ordering different coffees for the office. I find his main concern was the amount of money he was going to get and not what our needs were. Please don't make the same mistake we did.

You know how the saying goes.,.. When it rains it pours. Well in my case it was a Hurricane. Husband walked out on me w no warning.. A week later, I get in my car and some guy runs a red light and BAM! My hand gets broken. I do tech support for living so losing my hand was the worst thing that can happen and I couldn't afford to take any time off due to the mountain of debt left to me. On top of it all...I have no car!
