Well paid $280.00 to what I thought was suppose to be a phone appointment but only talked to Kelly for maybe a min and was interrupted every time I tried to say anything about the situation and all she told me was what did I want her to do and also the same for her assistant. I was on the phone for maybe 20 mins total time and was on hold a couple time and got nowhere. Just to be told her prices. Rude and no help. The quickest $280.00 I ever spent. FOR NOTHING. I’m sure she is a good lawyer but I’m just leaving a review on my experience today.

Kelly was my attorney through a very lengthy custody battle. She is straight forward, honest, and to the point. She knows the law well and will tell you exactly what you are looking at in your particular situation. Trust me... you want her on your side. She was always on the negative side . Gave no hope in my finances case...

We had an appointment and were told that if we hired her the constellation fee will be waived. We were there a total of 20 minutes and she didn't really listen to what we had to say in our Concerns she got straight to the point on how much money she wanted and when we needed it by and that she wasn't going to wave a consolation fee which was $280. We left there feeling defeated and more stressed out then we were walking into that law office. Found a lawyer who didnt charge a consultation fee and who listened to us for over an hour

When I first met Kelly she was very polite but blunt and didnt seem like she was on our side. I found later that is how she is. She wants you to be prepared for the worse. ALL I have to say is she is totally on your side will fight for you and knows how to win! She did exactly what we requested and I was so happy with the outcome of my husbands case because his ex is VERY "difficult" to deal with but Kelly knew exactly how to make things happen and she is worth it. I felt like I needed an attorney to speak to my attorney. It was a nightmare.

The other attorney drew up all of the agreements. I did not know this. I signed a 1 page pre-settlement pre-settlement agreement. The final Settlement Agreement came was 37 pages long. I asked if this agreement was exactly the same as the one I had already signed. Yes. So I signed it. It Was Not. His attorney had changed it. My Attorney Did Not Read It! I hired a legal aide to read everything from then on .

By the way folks, Marriage Settlement Agreements are meaningless. My ex-husband failed to give me most of what we agreed to, and apparently there is no recourse for this. He can't find it. Oh well. And because I asked for sentimental and not monetary things, My Attorney Said the judge would not want to hear about my petti demands.

Since then I have had to hound her office consistently to get anything done. It started with my attorney disregarding my questions and now her assistant. Call after call, email after email go unanswered.
A week after my ex-husband's wages had been garnished I had not received any mail or money. After I visited the AG's office here in town and they told me to contact my lawyer, I called her office several times leaving messages and finally learned they had not set up my account with the disbursement division. It will now be two weeks from when it was garnished in 3 days.
I have now been calling for 3 days to see if they've completed that one step and I can barely get them to answer. Last time I spoke to her assistant she admonished me that "it will take awhile". I understand red government tape but now I'm not receiving the money I need to feed my children and pay bills because of their incompetence.

As a newly single Mother I cannot in good faith recommend this office after these problems. They have callously disregarded my need. I had to file for emergency SNAP benefits.

Ms. Koch is amazing and is well versed in the process of divorce. Her staff is knowledgeable and kept me apprised of any information or changes. Ms. Koch guided me through the pratfalls that many undergo in mediation, and helped me understand the value of a fair settlement. She fought for me and made me feel important. She could have agreed to all of my whims and fancies but she provided a valid counter that helped me understand what I should be providing/receiving. Ms. Koch can be blunt, but it was to let me know what was important. I believe that if I would have gone with a different lawyer that my overall outcome would have been detrimental to my children, my finances, and myself.

Met with Kelly after reading ALL the mixed reviews from multiple sources. Most of the reviews were spot on. She IS honest and very direct, but maybe too direct for some people who are more on the delicate side. I am an accountant and know the true meaning of "Time is Money".... In her line of work, being direct saves me money. So, if you want an attorney to get you through the messy parts of a failed relationship/business deal, she is your best bet. But, if you can't handle the truth coming at you with break-neck speed then look elsewhere and pray they opposition doesn't retain her first. Good luck.

It took almost a year and a half to complete my case. Jumping between 2 states and 3 county's, we finally got it done. Her office stayed in contact with me and answered any questions I had.

I talked to Kelly but after she answered my questions I did not hire her. She was,very informative and explained everything to me. She told,me how to protect my right a as a father.
