I hired Terry Garner to file a petition for paternity however i went to mediation for child support yesterday and i found out that Terry "the paralegal" filed the incorrect paper work which now the mediator stating the i have to pay my sons father child support because i make too much money i then contacted her Terry and explain to her her why she would put the i make more money when i don't her response was u signed it so that's not my problem she was very rude screaming on the phone and then she hanged up. My advice is DO NOT hired this lady for services your best bet is seeking an Attorney Advice i paid her almost $1,000 and now i have to pay a lawyer $3,000 to file the correct paper work and i also made a complaint to the business bureau she's very unprofessional.

Terry is professional and amazing!! I was concerned about letting someone handle my divorce but when I met terry she impressed me greatly. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient and to the point about every step. I followed every direction and got a smooth divorce. Don't use anyone else, meet with Terry and you wont regret it!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Terry in regards to working with her on my divorce. She guided me through the process step by step on what felt like such an overwhelming process. Terry Gardner is fantastic! She knows the law, is fast and efficient, and can handle most anything for you! She is much more affordable then an atty. and better, in my book! She's direct and down to business, which I like! i recommend her to all my family, friends and co-workers! She has handled many legal issues for me, my family, and friends!

I called for some information and I have never been treated so rudely on the phone. The lady actually hung up on me. Certainly not a way to do business if you are trying to attract clients.
