They provide investigative services too!

Me and my Mother walked in, we kindly asked for help because we just wasn’t sure or really understood what a certain thing in the paper said. And a man by the name of Max I believe, he was very rude and with a awful disrespectful attitude. He had a very sarcastic tone as well, he made us feel like we were ignorant by not understanding a certain thing. He looked at me and my mother a certain way. Before me and my mom walked in she came in before me hours before, she has said to me that a lady with brown hair she was young I’m unsure of her name, and the man also by the name of max I believe he looked by the age of his 40s - 50s both were very rude to her and very disrespectful. My mom was speaking to them in Spanish and they were making her feel less of a person. She walked in, asking for more information about a certain paper she needs to take to a facility they were very disrespectful, as she tells me she said they would proceed on saying “no Spanish”. When me and her went there together, the only person who kindly helped us was a lady she was young she had blue eyes and blonde hair she was the only kind one in there. In my opinion, the service they have is unacceptable. People with that’s attitude should not be working in places like that at all, when the customer service is not good at all. The way they made me and my mom, especially my mom was very degrading. If anyone reading this, think twice about going and if you do be guarded by the attitudes that they have. I rate this awfully terrible customer service.

I patronize mom-and-pop shops bc I myself own a small business, but the unprofessionalism that I just experienced is beyond reproach and that was just the beginning. After entering the receptionist called for "Carlos" to come to the front to help me, when a young black guy approached from the back office and asked me "what I was looking at" and got in my face. I jokingly said, "everything" thinking he wasn't seriously upset until he physically came chest to chest to chest with me yelling, "I'm not everything and repeating he's not gay don't look at me" all while physically threatening me, to which no one in establishment batted an eye. Then it was a stare down until the real Carlos came out from the back to break things up, and at this point I'm ready to get it on, but it turns out this was just a loud mouth punk. Afterwards, I continued with my order and after everything, they couldn't even make color copies, so I opted for black and white which they charged $.50/each. Finally, the loud mouth came back out, and I advised him he should smarten up and learn to control himself. I never did anything to warrant that type of behavior and told him I didn't know if he was having a bad day, but that's not going to help anything. His response was, "if you let me have a better day I would." My advice is to fire this person and be proactive when it comes to the customer experience you provide, including offering color copies at your print shop.
