Excellence Service and Professional Staff. They have over 30 years of experience doing Notice to Owners. I have never seen a Notice to Owner company be more efficient and Professional. I would sure recommend Palm Beach Notice to all my friends and colleagues in the Construction Industry.

Van emailed us stating our recording paperwork was unclear and could not be recorded and so we had someone else record the same document that he said could not be recorded. Van would not refund us for the service he did not perform and after we requested the refund and informed him the recording was already completed by another company he then recorded the document that he said could not be recorded and duplicated the recording causing us additional fees to cancel his recording that he said he could not record... He was attempting to charge us twice and not perform the service. Basically very unethical and dishonorable.
