Attorney who cares, is knowledgeable, and well connected

If I could give less then one star that is what Robert Stok would get. He speaks without knowing the fact pattern and sends threatening letters at will on behest of those foolish enough to engage his services.

This law firm wasted my money, Robert A. Stok is pathological narcissist!

I’d like to share that Benjamin Nigro, and Badiana Hernandez, are true professionals . They guided me throughout the whole process of closing on my home, the entire way, and were very thorough and in all aspects and answered any questions or concerns that I had completely and I must mention that they went above and beyond! Very grateful to them !

Let me start by saying that Badiana Hernandez made my entire experience on closing on my home so easy. She was extremely kind, informative and knowledgeable. As soon as new information was presented or adjusted she made sure to let me know right away. When it came to signing the closing documents she explained everything with details. All in all, my experience was great with Stok Akon + Braverman.

I am very satisfied with my lawyer, Patricia Wall-Santiago. She was well informed and smart. She spent ample time with us to walk us through the USCIS process. She was very knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend and trust her.

Cost a fortune and got nothing done. $450.00 an hour for months. Expected us to pay $20,000 in addition to the thousands we had already paid. He does not articulate himself well in front of a judge.

Called the office to get some paper work for child custody filed and he told me to come by to speak to him. I go , he says it will be 450. I agreed but missing the birth certificate so he didn't accept the payment even though I offered it. Came back same day filled out everything he wanted then when I asked to pay him the 450 he said he wanted to work a hourly basis and he couldn't give a clear answer as to how much to file a petition for paternity but that I can leave 450 as a down payment and he will bill me. Made me waste my day when my son has been kid napped by mother and the motion should not have been delayed. 12-5 pm time wasted. He then had the nerve to bring up time that we talked which was of. I legal advice just him trying to get me to hire him.bunch of cursing between employees while clients there. STAY AWAY

We retained Stok, Folk + Kon for 3 cases. Through the discovery process, strategic sessions, and watching them in litigation, we knew we had great lawyers on our side, but honestly we didn’t realize how great. It is very comforting to watch opposing counsel fall apart while attempting to build a case, but feels even better to watch our team of lawyers completely decimate the competition.
