I just wanted to say that Mr. Joseph Hughes is one of the best lawyers that there is. I went to two lawyers before I found him. Both lawyers told me that I did not have a case. My previous land lady took my deposit without giving me a chance to dispute it or to fix the things that she accused me of damaging. Joseph was very assertive and managed to restructure the contract terms, eliminating a lot of legal risk for me. He worked with a great sense of urgency and simplified a rather complicated transaction in my favor. I am glad I invested in his services because I think I would have lost a substantial sum, had I signed the contract with the buyer clauses. The investment in his services certainly paid-off.
