One of your first and worst experiences when you come from outside and start driving in the USA is getting a traffic ticket. A friend recommended me Mitchell Frank. My temporary license had expired and a ticket was the last thing I needed. My future in the USA was at stake. That was 6 years ago. Mitchell was attending my case personally and in a very professional way and he told me not to worry, he would fight it out. He was winning the needed time for me and I came out with a 4 hour traffic school and my working permit arrived just one day before court, so I got my case dismissed. Now I got another ticket. Instead of worrying just a minute, I called Mitchell (Yes, he himself answers the phone) and I know already, he will fight and win my case.

Supposedly clocked by an aircraft on alligator alley going 122MPH. Hired these guys as my lawyer as my ticket was for 355 , could have a fine of 1k and lisence suspension . They charged me 200 dollars and got my case thrown out !!! Easy , fast ,reliable , I wouldn't chance going at it alone. They do work for as low as 49 dollars I read and for 200 , I got a deal. Got Three of my tickets dismissed all around the same time, they have the magic touch! I recommend them to all my friends!

With every ticket I have challenged I have received minimal court costs and in some instances tickets totally dismissed. Professional and great prices. And its handled promptly as I normally give past the original time allotted. Recommended by Gail.

Firstly, this lawyer is professional, and extremely accessible his hours being 7:00 am - 11:30 pm. I have used this lawyer in previous traffic cases before and every time is the same result. He does not actually go to trial for the ticket he told me he looks for mistakes on the ticket and if there is none he will plea no contest and call and say you didn't get any points. If you have another traffic ticket lawyer i suggest you go to them because it will be the same result. Before taking this case I told him the officer wrote the wrong speed limit on my ticket and that they clocked me saying I was going faster than what they originally put. He told me "he would handle it, and they are not allowed to do that and they would get in trouble if they did. Hearing that made me quite optimistic about getting the case thrown out, I even talked to other traffic ticket lawyers that reassured that the case should be thrown out. Months passed I received a letter in the mail saying the court date. A week passed after that date and I was not notified about the disposition of the case. I had to look it up for myself online and then went ahead and called to confirm the information that was online. The information was that i had to pay a fine, and that i had to take driving school. After calling him he was rude about me saying the letters on the citation saying "the court gave you guilty because you mixed up your letters." After telling him how i received reassurance that the case would be thrown out from another lawyer he told me that "he is friends with the judge and he would receive any case that is sent to that court house and next time they might not be so nice with my citation." Whether this is true or not I will make the sacrifice by writing this review to tell others if you have a chance to take another traffic attorney do so.
