Horrible experience with this law firm. Wasted over 2 years trying to modify my mortgage and still unresolved. A waste of time and money. Do yourselves a favor, don't bother with this law firm.

Initial conference impressive and honest.

Ossie Mendez wish I could contact you to compare notes. Your lucky you only got soaked for 2 years. My dad got 8 years more on you. Still hasn't been resolved. They had my case for over 2 years collected the retainer and did not resolve it, then they closed the case after very minimal work had been done with no apologies. After i was promised by Senator Jones if they could not settle it that he would take it to court. Very disappointed this office in how my case was handled.

Right after the Great Recession I was able to modify my mortgage after a year long battle with my mortgage company over and over having to resend paperwork and sign things and prove income and prove a hardship. I was afraid the deal being offered was too good to be true so I hired Daryl Jones to read it and confirm the contract should be signed. I really looked to him to ensure I wasn't compromising my property in the future. I felt totally at ease with him, he really has a presence that provides a calm during a scary situation. My experience with Mr. Jones was a great one. He's an attorney that really has his clients well being in mind. Some services in his wheelhouse include but are not limited to: reinstating mortgages, re-modifications, may help with short sales, probate cases, and succession planning. He has offices in Dade and Broward.
