Daniel is an amazing and compassionate person above all. He is also the best immigration lawyer. We changed from another “top rated” lawyer to him and couldn’t be happier with the decision. I have some advice for those of you who are looking for assistance in dealing with immigration laws, issues, and/or paperwork. First and foremost, skip looking through the long lists of lawyers that are out there--you will be totally confused on which one to pick anyway, so save yourself the time and effort!

I consider Attorney Daniel Sibirsky to be honest, trustworthy, attentive, and compassionate to the needs of his clients, and he can be trusted with any immigration matters or situations. I say that because he helped me beyond belief, and here is my story:

I am originally from East Europe and I have been in the United States many years. Due to bad advice from an attorney, I overstayed my visa and didn’t have any legal status to remain here. Unfortunately, I was caught by an ICE agent, so I applied for asylum. The first attorney I hired didn’t understand my complex situation, so I sought help elsewhere. The second attorney I hired didn’t spend enough time with my case to understand my story, which I realized to late. That was a very painful and exhausting experience that lasted for almost 5 years, with no progress or results. This drained me mentally and physically, and I began to lose all hope.

I could not let myself give up, so I was determined to find another attorney. I interviewed six different attorneys in the Miami area who were ranked very highly, including one who had written multiple books on immigration matters and was famous for his achievements in the United States. However, I was not happy or comfortable with any of them. Due to the complexity of my case, one lawyer even recommended that I self-deport myself back to my home country because nothing could be done to help me. I was devastated.

During this final search process, I noticed that Daniel Sibirsky had a sign that said Pro or Super Lawyer! It didn't mean much to me at first, but I later found out that it was very well deserved.
After my first meeting with Mr. Sibirsky, his expertise and knowledge on immigration law was evident. Well, I must start this review by admitting that I am totally biased to praise the great work of Mr. Sibirsky, but it is the kind of bias that should be trusted. I should specify that my only relationship with him is that of lawyer-client; yet his performance left my wife and me forever in love with him.
When we first went to visit Mr Sibirsky's office, My wife had just lost an asylum case and her situation looked terrible. Mr Sibirsky was profoundly sincere with respect to the seriousness of the case from the beginning, and he assured us that he will employ all his experience and would work hard with us for the best possible result. Mr Sibirsky never took the case for granted, as many lawyers we visited before did. I just wished my wife had found him earlier in her asylum process, it would have saved her a lot of money and stress; as he would have been by far a better handler of such a delicate situation. I must mention that my wife did hire at the beginning of her case a "very reputable" lawyer in the Miami- Broward area, who ended up being extremely expensive, over confident, and incredibly incompetent.
On the other hand, Mr sibirsky charged us a very comprehensive fee, and had a level of commitment to the case that I could not believe possible, he would meet with us as many times as he thought necessary (which were many, and sometimes at ridiculous days of the week and time). Yes, that is what you get f you hire him, a very dedicated and extremely competent professional who would put so much time and effort to your immigration case that would make you recover your faith in lawyers.
Mr Sibirsky got my wife's asylum case terminated and was able to have her permanent resident granted through the Cuban Adjustment act. The process was long; as I mentioned before, her situation was very delicate when we got to his office, but he was able to handle it very well.
Today, we have no words to thank him enough. And we highly recommend him as the most professional and competent lawyer to handle your immigration case.

We liked Mr. Sibirsky right from the first time my husband and I chatted with him. He was very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. He explained the process in detail and made the process easy. He was responsive and helpful when we asked for questions. He kept us informed of our status during the entire process and prepared us for the interview. He was very supportive during the interview too. After waiting 20 years to become a United States resident my immigration paper work was misplaced by USCIS. Even though my parents and only sister were already US citizens my paperwork fell thru the cracks because of mismanagement at USCIS West Palm Beach trailer office and I didn't have a legal professional monitoring and providing counsel. As a result my work permit was revoked and I was placed in removal proceedings by USCIS. I decided enough was enough and I hired an attorney. Daniel represented me when he was practicing at a different law firm. Daniel went above and beyond by providing the judge and plaintiff overwhelming evidence that I did have a right and earned the opportunity to have legal residency in the states. He did such a good job that 20 years of waiting boiled down to 15 mins in the courtroom which the judge granted me US residency with overwhelming approval. Trust me... Don't cut yourself short by getting a public defender or a paralegal to help you complete your paperwork... Don't just hire any Attorney... Do your homework.. Not all attorneys are created equal and Daniel exceeded my expectations and helped me obtain freedom and thanks to Daniel November 22nd 2011 was one of the best days of my life.

After being denied and having a complicated case, we had to get a lawyer eventhough we really couldnt afford it. They worked with us, on payments to make it easier. He had so much patience with me, so kind, and he and everyone was so organized. This was 6 years ago and we will always be grateful. ♡

I found Daniel's law firm through the internet and what a treasure I found!!!! My daughter and I were going to start the process of citizenship. Before Daniel, we were working with someone else and, for some reason, he didn't inspired me much confidence. I decided to check for myself in the USCIS website about the information that he was giving me and learned that he was providing half of what I need to know and half the documents I need to have. Mr. Sibirsky is extremely responsive in the whole process, in all requests from my side, as from USCIS side, he and his team were on the top of the issues, very knowledgeable on immigrations law/process and clearly explain the alternatives, helped us to pursue legal ways to speed our naturalization process, and has coached my family and I during the whole process. I had gone to a law firm for my removal process I was placed on 2012, Mr.Sibirsky was called in to take care of my case, I was overwhelmed, felt alone and confused by the problem I had to face, I can't explained the feeling of confidence he gave me with just the first impression from him, very caring person and extremely honest. I knew right there I was in good hands! Of course I worried, but he kept me informed at all times throughout the process. He never made me feel judge base on my mistakes. With his incredibly knowledge, hard work, and dedication he was able to have my removal terminated by the judge and a Non opposition motion from DHS. His 22 page argument about my case was extremely done well. I owe him so much for all he has done for me. I was relief that I could leave that in the past and move on. On 2015 I finally decided to pursuit my U.S Citizenship and had no doubt to reach out again to Mr.Sibirsky I knew he was the only person I can trust with my case because deep down I was afraid of being denied and be place again on deportation. Well I wasn’t surprise to learn that he had open his owned Law Firm I knew it was a matter of time his talent and knowledge and the passion he has for his work is outstanding! After just a few days after my interview I was able to accomplish my U.S Citizenship and I owe it all to him, Maureen is great access to his office she’s wonderful professional and very understanding person! It appears that the 5 star reviews here are paid for. My wife and I's dealings with Mr. Sibirsky was an absolutely awful experience. He will sit down and tell you how diligent he is, and as soon as you pay you are handed off to his secretary who is terrible with communication. We waited nearly a month only to find out that none of our paperwork had been done, and we were only days away from the deadline on my wife's visa. If anyone wants to know more, feel free to contact me and I will happily provide copies of the repetitive emails requesting documents we had already sent several times. Do yourself a favor and avoid this guy like the plague, we were able to find a quality lawyer through a friend who was quickly able to put our paperwork together and have it submitted with NONE of the problems that Mr. Sibirsky put us through. The absolutely ONLY redeeming factor of this entire experience was that Mr. Sibirisky did refund our money in its entirety.
