Not happy. Sent them 3 deals to Cottrell and within minutes of buyers filling out their online profile they all received an email from some company offering them moving and insurance services. The company was like a shell for referrals. When I called them and asked how they got my buyers information and email they said they couldn’t tell me. Cottrell tells us we were hacked but none of our other buyers received the emails only the 3 Cottrell buyers. Cottrell denied they some how share the buyers info and they were not hacked. This btw is BEFORE the buyers closed so these sales ARE NOT public knowledge until they are closed and recorded. After we complained to Cottrell the buyers got no more emails. I would not have known about the emails if our buyers had not asked why they got the emails and needless to say we’re not happy. The company was so shady one buyer pulled his file and moved to a local attorney to close his sale. My buyers are my business. I have to trust my business partners. I do not feel they have me or my customers best interest at heart. I am not happy with the service or the way we all were treated.

Ok, let me start by saying that I am not the type to write reviews. Even having receiving bad service in the past, still was not enough for me to write a review, but this case is different. I received such good customer service from two particular employees. Yani Cardenty and Dianna Hogue that I felt compelled to let others experience what actual good customer service is. We all know how stressful and difficult the home buying experience could be. I have to say that was no the case when I came to Cottrell Law and Title group. They were very attentive and answered all my questions and trust me, with it being my first buying experience I had more than a couple questions. Cottrell's people were great in every facet of the closing. Directions, telephone numbers, lists of to do's, answering questions, financial aspects, everything.......was done in an excellent, professional manner.

Fantastic experience! Finished two loans and each went very smoothly, would highly recommend!

VERY BAD experience with this title company. This title company would not check if everything is right with seller before closing. This company just send you and HUD for seller to sign and AFTER the seller's signature, This company can just change the HUD without notify the seller at all. If I did not ever call them, this Cottrell Law & Title Group would never even sent me a copy of revised HUD(amount changed without checking with me, without my knowing). They deducted a 25 days rent from HUD which was not collected by the seller, when the seller and seller's agent called in to ask for correction afterwards they never call back. AVOID this company when you buy or sell house. This company can mess up your transaction.
