Found this new attorney online, Ruth Gomez Serra, And she sounded great. So I had my mom schedule an appointment, understanding that she’s gonna have to pay $250, but we thought it was worth it.
She never got to talk to the lawyer! They left her in the waiting room for 30 minutes, they were rude, would not get off the phone and at least acknowledge their presence and she sounded great. Don’t even waste your time!!!!!! Or your money! If a lawyer cannot handle their appointments, Manage to be courteous and professional, then there’s no way they can manage your case!!
