This man is the best! We contracted him to evict two incredibly nasty dead beat system manipulators. We're still cleaning up after them 8 months later, but then, if it wasn't for Mr Colgroves skill and tenacity, they'd be still there doing what they do. PLUS, we actually got to see an honest to God Perry Mason moment!!! How cool is that!?!?!?
