The office staff and Mr. Kramer especially are incompetent. They dragged their feet on a real estate closing to pad the bill and cost us a fortune. Took them 11 months to process the paperwork. Office staff constantly lied to cover for kramer. Told me he was on a big case when he was in the office the whole time. I know this because I sat in his office waiting area and caught him walking out while on my cellphone being told he was unavailable for the whole week.
Professional and friendly. Easy access location. The staff will go above and beyond to assist in getting a transaction to a succesful close. I've used this firm for dozens of property purchases over the years, and always look forward to working with them. Mr. Kramer always takes my calls or returns my calls promptly when questions arise that his staff can't answer.
