My experience with attorney Darryl Fohrman was a bad one. I had him review a real estate contract for me for a condo I was buying. It was just one hour of work to review the contract and I pre-paid him. First problem: I asked him if he thought it was necessary to do a home inspection given that the property looked very nice. He said that he thought it wasn’t necessary. As it turned out, there were issues with the condo that I saw AFTER I bought it that perhaps I could have gotten money back (maybe thousands) for if I had the inspection. In retrospect, it seems really basic that an inspection should be done and an attorney should know and advise that. Second problem: During the buying process there was a problem and I called and emailed him for advice. He never returned my phone call or email. Granted, I had only paid for an hour for the contact review. However, I would have paid him for his additional time had he returned my phone call or email. So in summary, I do not recommend Darryl Fohrman.
