This firm was prompt, courteous and took the time to explain all the necessary steps that were going to be taken. I felt very comfortable and confident working with them.

A personnel injury case (which was considered a pretty cut and dry case) was dismissed with no money going to the victim as Attorney Keith failed to do one "basic" step - file with the state where the accident happened in a timely manner. He "assumed" that the state of Georgia had the same statue of limitations as Florida. If you are looking for an attorney who FAILS to do his homework than this is your man. If you want someone to look after you and the best interest of your case then continue your search and find another attorney who does his due diligence and doesn't assume anything. Our family lost out on hundreds of thousands of dollars and there was ZERO remorse or any real admission of guilt on Keith's' part. Clearly not in the business to help those in need of legal help.

I would give zero stars if it was possible. David Keith blew my case on a technicality...something any attorney should never let happen. His error has made it so there will never be a case again. I would never recommend his services to anyone.
