I will recommend David Dancu, he is very profesional, keep you update with your case as much as you want to know and pay for the service, always on time at court and prepare for your case, his paralegal a great professional service. He allow you to understand all the legal process in very easy way including prepare you ahead for any possible outcome of your case. He was as concerned with my case as we the other parent, too. Looking for the best case solution for both in parents and the family overall. I was very pleased with his legal services. Most important he was willing to guide me legally even thought he will not receive a compensation for it. His human compassion was the reason that I chose him as my attorney. Also, he is very knowledgeable with all the family law cases.

As you can probably see, the previous reviews are from years ago. Mr Dancu is not the attorney as described in the reviews prior. He will charge you for EVERYTHING. He charged for 3 hours for "reviewing" our case yet still knew nothing about it and had to ask many questions that he should have know if he REALLY spent 3 hours reviewing the case. When he decides that HE wants to take a vacation, YOU will be charged for HIS decision to take time off. What I mean by this is that he will file with the court his notice of unavailability and YOU are charged for that file. He also will charge you the attorney rate for work that his paralegal did. Plain as day on the bill it states paralegal but yet the rate is the attorney rate of service. He will ask for items yet never explains anything he is doing, file papers you didn't ask him to file, and will make decisions without even consulting you. Everything in the case started one way and he took it a totally different direction, just giving him the ability to charge MORE! And when he send you an updated invoice and it hasn't even been a week that you haven't responded, he will drop you as a client. There is no care for you as a client, just care about filling his pocket!

David Dancu has been a gift to our Family. After speaking to many Attorney's, David Dancu was the first one to finally help. We were able to see positive changes in our situation within days of working with him. He is more than an Attorney in our eyes. He has a heart and cares about each Client.
