I researched a number of attorneys until I was fortunate to find Attorney Long. What drew me to him was that he and his team believed in integrity. They always listened to me and respected my thoughts, understanding what a hurtful time it was. I started the divorce process weakened and unable to handle the turmoil in my life. I imergered from it, with Jack’s and lovely, intelligent Samantha’s assistance, to once again be strong and confident. There was no question that I could not discuss with either of them. Simply stated, Long, Murphy & Zung is an outstanding law firm with a well-earned stellar reputation. My case involved a very complex divorce and estate conflict that lasted over two years and even went to the 2nd District Court of Appeals, where we prevailed. The entire team at LMZ are ultimate professionals who conduct themselves with the highest level of integrity. They know the law very well and are expert negotiators when the mediation route needs to be taken. Beyond their legal skills, which are fantastic, I was always impressed with their billing practices. Over my entire ordeal, I never felt like I was being taken advantage of by unnecessary legal maneuvers or excessive billing, which is yet another credit to the integrity that Jack Long has instilled in this firm.

First class, from my first call to the last hand shake good bye... they made a very emotional and trying event easier than I would have ever thought.

Edward Murphy was retain by me to litigate my separation and divorce from my husband. From the onset Mr. Murphy was straight and direct on how he would approach my divorce. I had numerous moving parts and assets from property assets to a business me and my ex-husband shared.
Mr. Murphy was diligent throughout the entire 4.5 year process. This may seem like a long time (which it was) was in no part due to Mr. Murphy’s stance that we were in this for the long haul due to my ex-husband unwillingness to come to consenting and fair terms, in fact my ex-husband went thru 5 attorneys during the entire process. To say that Mr. Murphy was diligent would be an understatement.

The entire divorce case was complicated and stressful. Mr. Murphy was always upbeat and always encouraged me to stay the course when I was at my lowest. He convinced me not to give up and to see it through to the end, I am glad that I did. The final outcome was exactly what I was entitled too and nothing more.

His knowledge and experience proved to be far beyond what I had expected to the point that the opposing council were under matched in all areas of my divorce proceedings. I would highly recommend him for any legal work that you may need. He was highly ethical and professional.
