I was involved in an out-of-state car accident about a year ago. Once the police report was filed, I received several letters from various law firms offering to represent me, including the Kessler firm. After reviewing all the letters, I decided to go with the Kessler firm partly because it was a smaller firm and I expected to receive more personalized service. I made the right decision. The paralegal that was my primary contact (Penny) was very professional, thorough and responsive. The firm worked hard to get me the best settlement possible, under the circumstances.

I was involved in a car accident back here in June of 2018, and about two 2 days later they contacted me and offer their services on my claim. The other party insurance company denied my claim. I had no witnesses and I felt like there wasnt any hope.I wanted to give up but I told myself no, this accident isn’t my fault. Kessler law firm made a way out of no way to get the other party insurance company to accept liability. They fought long and hard on my behalf to get my case settled and for them and god I am thankful. After struggling for a couple of months with transportation, my settlement came just in time for Christmas. I would highly recommend anybody for their services. God bless
