Mark is a great attorney and as for the negative review...that's ur opinion and ur entitled to it but I've been using mark for years nime and my mother and he goes above and beyond for his clients however he doesn't like to represent people who are doing the wrong things and he has that right. He has always done me and my family right he is great attorney and not like other attorneys who are just all about the money. I would recommend him to anyone!!!!!!!!!!

Methodical and articulate; Anderson is a potent combination of logic and pose. Mark possess the rare ability to expose and present cases aggressively, while also appealing to the court in a respectable and professional manner.

I hired Mark for a consultation because I felt that I had a simple case and I needed to figure out my best options. After a short consultation he advised me on my next move, in a Landlord and Tenant case. His advice turned out to be entirely incorrect, and because I was too cheap to consult with a real attorney who would admit that he is outside his area of expertise. The money I saved in consultation fees was made up for by the $1,000+ I lost due to his plainly incorrect knowledge of the law. After I tried to contact him with these results to see what he thought, I was asked for another consultation fee by his secretary and then never contacted by him again. I cannot recommend Mr. Anderson under any circumstance because he will do anything to get his fees, and is not concerned with being up front when he doesn't know what he is talking about.

I absolutely wouldn't recommend Mark even to my worst enemy! If you have a serious felony, don't bother with this lawyer because he's not the lawyer to help you succeed.
Mark is an independent lawyer unaffiliated with any law firm. He takes on way to many public court-appointed cases to make ends meet and hence, he's way too busy. He told me he even goes as far as Floyd & Pulaski counties for misdemeanor petty cases - talk about a bottom feeder!
Furthermore, since he's a 1 man operation, you're not likely to get the time commitment nor quality due diligence work you'd get from a respected lawyer in a law firm.
There's an abundance of lawyers in South West Virginia that are better qualified and more sincere than Mark Anderson.

Would not consider taking anyone else to court with me. Period.
