So after I posted my first negative review someone from the office contacted me and reminded me that I have mental illness and drug addiction problems. Does this mean that I deserve to be represented poorly? Paying someone a retainer you would hope your lawyer has faith in you and doesn’t decide you are not as “ worthy” as someone who doesn’t suffer from mental illness. I am 7 months pregnant and have lost driving privileges pleadeong guilty to a DUI that was actually a seizure, I am cannot find employment because instead of fighting for first offenders I got jail time. So instead of maybe hey let us help you resolve some of these issues they say we will go over your case and tell you why you got poor representation.
