This was July 9, 2009. A 80yr old lady ran a stop sign 4 minutes from my home.My life and the life of my children changed forever. Local office locates in Dunn, NC. I have been here before a few years back with my husband to handle his case and everyone treated us very nice and the case went smooth and easy and fast. Now I have come back due to an accident. They are wonderful people that treated well and with respect. They work with you and answer all questions you have as well as guidance throughout the process.

Me and my adopted grandfather both had wonderful experiences at a fair price. We have both been represented by Mr. Adams for traffic accidents and he took care of everything and for us the money we deserved. And we came in today for a deed prep and we were finished in less than 30 minutes the final notarized copy will he ready tomorrow. I highly recommend this attorney and his team.

Very bad experience! Contacted Brent Adams office in April 2018, spoke with the intake person to see if they would accept my case. Received a call back stating that yes they could take it and to request medical records be sent to them. I had my medical records sent. Jump ahead 6 months and received a call from a gentleman at the office stating that he will be managing my case, had an almost hour conversation with him and he said he didn’t have the medical records and asked where I sent them. I went back to my email to find the paralegal of intake persons email and name and he stated they were no longer there but that he will find my records because it was unacceptable for them to have lost them. Fat forward a few months I received a document in the mail requesting I fill out all time missed from my job due to the presenting issue. Fast forward now, a total of 14 months and I received a letter with all of my medical records stating that they cannot take my case with NO explanation. How does this even happen?!? Horrible horrible experience. This office should be ashamed of themselves! What a waste of valuable time when I could have been 14 months into my case with someone else. Very very unprofessional! If you are looking for an attorney, do yourself a favor and find a good one, because this office is not it!

Wow cant trust everyone with your health and the situation.

I went to his office in Dunn to assist me with my disability claim that was denied by my employer. I was promptly told I could not win my case but they could help me with ss disability. It was my understanding from the explanation from the lawyer I would not be charged unless they appealed my case. I never saw or heard anything from them except a letter from disability stating all claims/ info would go to them. After obtaining all my medical records and making all the phone calls between disability and my doctor it became apparent to me the office has done nothing. I called the office to complain and was read the “content that you agreed to give us 25% of settlement “. I was told someone from the office would call me and they could cc Brent Adams of my dissatisfaction but, that NEVER happened. My claim was approved without any help for this office but indeed 25% of my claim went directly to the office. My advice is don’t bother with this office. They are unprofessional and did nothing to earn a large sum of money.

If it is not easy then do not waste your time. I was told in my malpractice case with out a doubt it would be beat and be finished by end of the year (2019) I have several calls never returned as well as Ashley who was on my case was heard by me telling the front lady she was not there and didn’t feel like speaking to me or something of that demeanor, and she nor the front desk knew they never put me on hold. After two months of no calls or emails returned Mr. Adams then answers to tell me the case was closed after many promises and felt lied to and very lead on. They wasted my time and after being a client for almost a year he never once met with me in person and I can see now what I had been through with a broken jaw, surgery, not able to eat on that side til this day, ptsd from the horror I went through, teeth not alighted and the Dr illegally altering my medical chart( because he pulled a wisdom tooth) that Mr. Adams caught his self as well and Dr. Sam Cowherd family Dentistry thinks he is getting away what he put me, my family, and what he did financially to us but I will get a lawyer who will fight for me and actually care and at the least meet with me through out the case.

I obtain Mr. Adams and his firm a few years ago. When I had questions they had a great turn around time and answer them quick and fast. They help me a lot. I would recommend them and their service to anyone.

Personal Injury Case (Dog Attack)

I was very Unpleased with this office on how my case was handled. I went in to see them regarding my 3 year old being viciously attacked by a pitbull. I did majority of the research, because I kept being told they couldn't find anything. I believe the personnel are polite but not sure there really qualified for there jobs. After 3 months of me actively being involved, they now are closing my case, due to not knowing more about the assets of the people I'm suing, since the people are not helping with any information, it has made it difficult. So if you have a complicated case I would not suggest this place, I view it as a waste of time. -Golden Darden
