Had difficultly setting up a consult. Needed to call back multiple times as did not receive information as detailed per their process. At first I wasn’t concerned about this as things happen and emails can get lost, but the two office assistants I spoke with tried to blame me for not answering my phone the one time they tried to call me back (and didn’t leave a message) as to why they didn’t send the email to schedule. As if I have to explain myself for not answering an unknown number that doesn’t leave a message? We finally get the consult scheduled (after more calls because the confirmation emails did not have the correct time) and they cancel 30 minutes prior. Obviously my time isn’t important to this firm. Glad that others have rated highly and have had good experiences, but it is apparent they don’t need or want my business. Not interested in paying for disrespect or unorganized business practices.

Worst representation ever. Have had nothing but trouble with my divorce and after firing my first attorney I googled top law firms in Cabarrus County and this firm had the best reviews. Paid my consultation fee and Eddie Meeks talked a great game and assured me that he was the man and they were the law firm. WHAT A JOKE. ZERO communication, ZERO returned calls, 2 hours late to court.....finally the law firm fired him. They then gave me Erik Ashman. Started out ok, then same thing. Lack of communication, to the point that I emailed Justin the owner and expressed my concerns and lack of confidence in their work. I was assured things would change, but it didn’t. No contacting any witnesses or those willing to testify, no follow up on anything, have no idea what he even asked from my wife, did nothing he said he was going to do and to top it all off he lied to me in court to get me to agree to pay a rediculous amount of money in Equitable Distribution telling me I couldnfile Chapter 7 bankruptcy on it along with my other debt. NOT THE CASE!!!! After emailing the owner yet again I was informed a couple weeks later the Mr Ashman has withdrawn from my case. So they can lie and then just quit?!?!? I’ve contacted the NC Bar Association about this, so will see what my options are. I’d suggest going and seeing my wife’s attorney, Jim Demay, he actually works for his client.

Mrs. Kimberly Olsinski and her associate Ms. Todd supported me and my father during an especially difficult time in our lives (legal problems notwithstanding). They cared about the circumstances surrounding the events that led up to our charges. They cared about our reputation, our future, our freedom and, the unfair and unjust circumstances of the charges thrust upon me as well as the charges brought against my father. They gave us honest assessments of possible outcomes of our cases and were willing to go down the more difficult path of taking our case to trial rather than to plead guilty to something for which we were not guilty. We went to trial and Mrs. Olsinski won my case which was the more serious of the charges. I paid no court cost and will have nothing on my permanent record. I hope I never again need any legal assistance, but if I do, I will enlist again the services of the Olsinski law firm and if you're reading this, stop shopping around and go with the Olsinski Law Firm.

I personally felt it was a unfair that I was even given a citation in the first place. But unfortunately bad things do happen and you always need legal representation to make your case!
I had to speed to get around a truck that was kicking up rocks and debris in an effort to get around the truck and avoid damage to my car!
So I called The Olsinski Law Frim the very next day and started the process. The impression they gave me was they where well prepared and professional right out of the gate! Setting the tone for the rest of my dealings with them! They took all the inconvenience out of a inconvenient situation! Everything was easily handled over the phone and when my court date came they hit it out of the park taking a ticket that was 25 miles over the speed limit and reducing it to just an equipment violation.
