talking to this lawyer was okay but he was very helpful and didn't seem too helpful to me and my husband.

Mr. Jenkins was not helpful at all. He seemed to ‘forget’ or blatantly disregard everything I spoke to him about. I was not guilty, and after informing him of all of the details, I received a letter from his office telling me that I was guilty and should plead guilty. He made no effort to DO HIS JOB, which I paid him $425 to do. I had to hire another lawyer. My money was not refunded.

Secretary never answers phone. Will screen calls all day long. When you get there she acts like she doesn't know what s going on. Hope you don't have to call she want answer unless it's just me that she does this too. They lack communication with the client from my experience

I called Cecil R Jenkins after I got a speeding ticket going through a local county on my trip to NC. I was going well over the speed limit so I was nervous about what was going to happen since the cop was TOUGH !
I called the office here and the lady was very helpful. I sent her my info and gave a cc over the phone so I can retain them to fight my case. Right after the court-date I got an email from them that my speeding ticket was reduced to a non moving violation and I didn't have to pay anything on top! NO POINTS OR ANY EXTRA FINES. This was the best outcome A+++

Has got to be the worst Lawyer I have ever seen, He doesn't communicate well, ignores everything you tell him, Everyone is super nice at first with big promises, but as soon as you pay, They don't give a darn about you. Cecil talks a good game at first but that's all is .TALK. After court we tried calling Cecil but he would not return our phone calls. This was a custody case and My wife's ex broke court order after one day and Cecil wouldn't call us back and when he broke court order again we went to see Cecil and was told we would have to pay for another cancellation and it would be a whole another case and bill. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. And on another note do not believe for a minute the receptionist is nice, She is there to put on a front and is as fake as you can get.

My experience with this Attorney was horrible.
People who recommend told me he is a good attorney and probably he was good years ago, but now he just don't function not more, he forgets everything about your case, if you try to contact him after you paid he is never in his office and if you show up to his office his assistant gets mad at you to show up, and finally when you push so much and get in contact with him and ask to him about your case he even doesn't know what is your case about and what are you talking about. When he finally look at your file he start guessing things totally different what he promise you at the beginning. The point is that when you hire him everything is bright but when you done with payments he even doesn't know who are you.
He had been move my court like for a year which that hurt me a lot the day of my judgment, and the judge thought that was my decision to moved for so long and was this old man with the excuse that he was waiting for his friend who is judge and dismiss all his cases, but for one year his best friend never been in court, in my judgment the judge ask to him my age and my nationally and he even didn't know my age and neither where I'm from it was just ridiculous.
People don't waste your time your money and neither your freedom with this old man. He just don't fuction not more. In court everyone who knows him knows that he is not able to work more.

This firm is put together as a big team, everyone there ! If u need a lawyer thus is the place to go.

He dose not communicate with you about what is happening. He forces his plans on you, He dose not have very good connections in the cort system. He over charges for what he dose and what he dose is not very helpful. He is very rude over the phone and he told me i would get a warrant out for me (his client) if i did not do what he wanted to do. The worst lawyer i have ever seen work and he is not a very nice guy either.

Couldn't be happier with the work they do at this law firm! Completely recommended, awesome traffic ticket attorney!!!
