When I realized I was going to have to file bankruptcy, I was nervous, embarrassed and thought it might mean losing my job. After meeting with Richard Mayer I understood all would be okay and that laws were in place to help people who find themselves in financial devastation like me. He gave me facts I could easily understand and I left feeling better about my decision to file. From there, each step was just as Richard and his colleagues advised... quick and easy and they did most of the work! I wouldn't recommend any other law office to someone needing to file bankruptcy. I'm convinced they're the best!

Kyle worked with me and made sure that I knew everything that I needed to know and made sure that I was aware of everything going on through the entire process and made sure I had everything I needed completed in time for my case. Filed case in end of August and discharged in late December. For something that I was totally nervous about, the process was very smooth and stress less the entire time. Highly recommend this firm!
