I really wasn't impressed with the quality of the whole experience. The staff was courteous enough. Just seemed to be very uninformative on how things would go...they walked with a larger amount than me..some staff may hv been incompetent...im really not sure. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

I have been doing business with the Karl Truman Law Office since 2005. Suffice it to say that I have had numerous surgeries due to injuries at work and until he recently retired, Mark Webster was the man who made sure that I was taken care of when it came to workman's comp. Because of him and the ever so hard working Miranda Phillips, my hospital, rehab, and other such bills that had accumulated were paid and I didn't have to worry about them.

He declined my father's case without doing any research into my father's condition. He wasn't helpful. Not only was he not helpful, but his paralegal was rude and unknowledgeable. He didn't know what he was talking about and still declined my father's case. In the declination letter, he incorrectly cited a common knowledge statute. Don't use these people. If they're forced to use google, they can't handle it.
