They are standard fees for real estate transactions and most likely the last fellows real estate agent didn’t turn in their paperwork correctly to get paid. When it comes to being a real estate lawyer, this guy was horrible. I have closed on many homes before. This place was very unprofessional. Tony was highly unprepared. He couldn't give us any information on time, date, nor cost until a day before closing. When we arrived he didn't have anything ready and waiting, in fact he was about to leave to go buy potato chips! Then he forgot a document for us to sign that we had to sign the next day. He also charged many fees and wouldn't even mail my realtor her check. Much more could be said, but in a nutshell, horrible experience. Stay away!!!
