I was disappointed with service of Pat Magraft. I had him write a letter in a civil matter which he delayed in sending not letting me see it to proof it , so it had wrong details. I had to call then go to office to get a copy of letter , no Communication and then would not return my phone calls to address this , no explanation. He was paid day of my appointment for the letter. Poor service

They're the friendliest people you will ever meet, they are extremely caring and they are really out to help.

Definitely do not recommend. I've personally used this firm twice with horrible results each time. Once was a civil claim that was never enforced by the lawyer even after multiple calls, emails, and such from my part. The second with my mothers estate. Again, refusal to reply to multiple concerns via email, phone calls, and messages. Not from only me, but my sisters and the trustee of the estate. Everything took way longer than advised, was told there would be plenty of communication and meetings. All of which were lies. Caught the attorney in multiple lies and contradictions in recorded phone conversations, emails and the initial meeting. Take your time and money elsewhere, this firm isn't worth the headache and wasted time and money.

I am so thankful that I contacted Heidi Kendall- Sage and retained her to represent me in fighting an insurance company that gave me an extremely low offer after being injured in an accident.
