I hate to do this, but Clark Baird is No good, I hired him for my son and I paid this man and trust him and he rip me off! Didn’t show back up for the behalf of my son next court date, my son is locked up and he new it now my son has another warrant on him because Clark Baird didn’t show up! I would not recommenced this supposed to be lawyer for nothing. They never answer the phones you have to text them and you never get a text back. Bad Business, II DO NOT RECOMMENCED CLARK BAIRD. I hired Clark after being arrested and charged with a felony that carried a 15-20 year sentence. Clark and his staff worked extremely hard so that I could walk away with a misdemeanor charge with probation. He is an outstanding attorney that will do everything he can for his clients. I am grateful I made the choice to hire him.

I hired him to represent me after being wrongfully arrested with a simple open and shut case. I paid him thousands of dollars and he was so lazy he did nothing. I could have gotten the same result with no lawyer at all. Hiring him was the worst legal decision I ever made!

After hard negotiations Clark was able to get me 5 years probation with no jail time.. After serving half my probation with no infractions, Clark was able to negotiate once again with the court and prosecutor and had me released from probation early.. What can I say!!! Mine has been a while However After the case in which I probably could have defended myself I sent a letter to Mr. Baird expressing my displeasure of the outcome and my belief of his charges. So some 5000.00 to him and 1600.00 to a guardian ad litem later, the family court judge simply slapped the hand of our Grandson's mother in support of me, saying she should have never filed false charges of child abuse against me in an attempt to keep our grandson out of our lives. No strong rebuttal of making her responsible for my lawyers fee or ad litem fee, no defamation of character charges just thanks that I guess I didn't go to jail over an obvious lie. He really racked up the charges. In my opinion he could have simply, in one court appearance show what the tramp did, and had her nailed to a post. So 6600.00 given to lawyers that should have went to our grandkids. I wouldn't recommend this fellow to get me out of a parking ticket. This is a review site and the above represents my thoughts and review concerning the "work" performed by said lawyer and paid in full by me.
