Mr. Warder do not hire this man. They said I could make a down payment and make monthly payments. Then they sent me a ridiculous contract that I wasn't about to sign. He promised after down payment of 6000 that he would get my son a bond hearing. After payment nothing got done. After I seen the contract I told them I wasn't going to hire him that he was dismissed. This is when he turned on me and told AE that I agreed to pay a retainer fee that was never mentioned and he told them he did 6000 worth of work that is not true. Now I have to go through the commission on lawyer conduct to report him and if I have to claims court. I WOULD NOT HIRE THIS FIRM. Every attorney i mentioned Mr. Warders name to said oh no you didn't hire him. Hmm I wonder why?

The decor of a place like the clothes on a person speaks volumes. The location & architecture bespoke a refined gentlemanly Southern accent, along with a vintage feel. The overall impression was power, prestige, and success. Though there for a friend, whom is a client, interacting with the administrative staff was also pleasant & courteous.

Mr. Warder, Tina is absolutely the most professional paralegal I've had the pleasure of dealing with and wanted to share my experience. Most people are quick to complain but, while working with Tina over the last several months anytime I call and she is in the office has never once failed to take time answer my questions. Her follow through skills are exceptional and should be recognized for that. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to highly recommend your firm. Keep up the good fight, Stuart

Mr. Warder and his associates do a poor job of due diligence and upholding the terms of the contract signed. I hired Mr. Warder in June 2016 and have spoken to him personally twice. I have called multiple times and was told that I would receive a call back and never did. Mr. Warder promised that my charges would be reduced or dismissed and he didn't even show up for court on my court date. I reached out to Mr. Warder to receive a refund and he refused, even though he didn't perform any of the services that he promised. I would not recommend Mr. Warder, he is only interested in your money and not helping his client.

Absolutely the most unprofessional group in Greenville! Do not deal with these clowns. No one knows what they are doing, especially the paralegal Tina. She lacks knowledge and concern, never returns calls. Good luck getting anything done with this group.

Richard Warder represented me and was able to get me 5 yrs probation on drug charges. He is a lil expensive, but well worth his fees. I highly recommend this law firm.
