Adam Harkness is honestly a life saver! I recently needed his services for a matter I was dealing with. He went above and beyond to handle my case. I live in the state of Washington and found myself in need of legal representation all the way in GA. I was referred to Mr. Harkness through another law firm. I was assured he was the guy for me. I was very nervous as I have had to use an out of state lawyer before and without the face to face meeting it’s easy for one to become a number, and feel very much like your interest are not being met once the retainer has been paid. This was NEVER the case with Mr. Harkness. He was very genuine, upfront with what he could and could not do. I wanted him to represent my husband as well and he very well could have taken my money as I was ready to fork it over but Mr. Harkness declined my offer as it was on the verge of being a conflict of interest. I’m pretty sure that was a first as far as lawyers go, I’ve never experienced one that wouldn’t take my money.
Not only was Adam honest and upfront, but I found out that he’s a “Rockstar” in the court room. I wasn’t there (Adam made arrangements so I’d not have to fly down) but someone I knew was there and said that he was extremely impressed by how Harkness dominated the hearing. He was always in control and well versed in the law. Noting was getting past him and he was able to pull the truth out of the witnesses winning the case for me.
The night before the case was heard, Mr Harkness called me and asked me if I’d ever gotten any representation for my husband. I had not, and again I asked him if he could represent him, he replied that I was his main concern but he would see what he could do for my husband. Thankfully he is so talented that he was able to prove mine and my husbands case with his crafty questions for our accusers. The judge was left knowing that no crime had been committed and that he could not charge anyone in the case even tho my husband didn’t show up for court as he is here in Washington with me.
I can’t say enough for the capability and talent of Adam Harkness. My husband and I are very lucky to have ran across him. I would recommend him to anyone whom needs a capable, HONEST, reliable lawyer who really cares and kicks butt in the courtroom!
