Wish I was in Tennessee to take care of this myself! Paying someone for nothing and not being able to get paid back makes my skin crawl. After dealing with a loss in the family, Didn't have the original will so what was the point of even doing it if u can't use it in court! A total disappointment! A total waste of time and money! My son and I literally paid him to help the other person !!y son is only 22 y/o and has dine everything to be in his sons life! He has gone above and beyond! Scott promised he would get his name on birth certificate , get an 80 day court order for visitation ( because, my son will visit his son anytime and any day) lower his child support since it’s costing himmmore for no visitation! He can’t visit him because the mother will not let him so my son has to pay more! He is paying 350 a month on an 8.00 an hour salary working part time while going to school! But, he has to pay more for no visitation when he can’t visit because the mother won’t let him! He was not on birth certificate or told when the baby was born until after the fact! When he wanted so badly to be there! But now, his son can’t have his last name because of no visitation after he bought everything when he wasn’t even on birth certificate! But, is having to pay more for no visitation and back pay even though he bought every single thing the baby needed and her family just to see his son! Scott didn’t fight for his client now he has to pay 350. A month making hardly anything but can’t see his child but has to pay money all because of no visitation that isn’t his fault! Scott helped her get more money then helping his client! Doesn’t make since that a young man going above and beyond has to pay more money for no visitation and pays almost as much as people I know who make 100,000 a year and can’t see him! He did nothing for him after all his promises! Beware and dint go with this attorney!! He was more I the other parties side and helping her than his own client!! My son has to pay this amount but can’t see his son for no good reason’n wrong attorney!!

Would have given no stars. But, wasn’t offered that option. Don’t waste your money. He didn’t do the job I paid him for at all. Was supposed to keep a speeding ticket off my record and it on my record. So, I lost my monies.

I used Scott in my divorce and custody case. During my consultation he reassured me that everything was going to go well and acted as if the entire situation was no big deal. After I paid my retainer that changed. It took me 14 months to get an agreed upon divorce and custody agreement. During a meeting with my ex and her attorney he actually said I was lucky to get what I'm getting which was joint custody. He was rude, dismissive and condescending whenever we talked. Bottom line, I would never hire him for anything ever again nor would I recommend him.

I had an appointment scheduled for 1pm today or so I thought. Sign on the door said back at 1.15 which is no problem (I scheduled the appointment this morning and arrived 10 minutes early, but mistakes happen), however the secretary seemed confused that she had told me 1.00 pm. She also kept referring to our conversation as her taking a message, which was puzzling and disrespectful since in my mind I had spoken with a human and interacted over a plan. They wanted to pencil me in an hour later, but promptly told me how it might not happen because of some other meetings or whatnot, before I could finish accepting the new scheduled time. If she had left it at that, I would be there now but they explained to me how it was going to be another situation where maybe they see me, maybe they don't. So I said thanks, but no thanks. I don't like dealing with people who do not follow the golden rule with other people's time.

Scott immediately became interruptive and upset when I said that I wasn't going to give my business to them, and completely altered his tone. Very happy I decided not to deal with rescheduling, their colors came out about 1 second after they knew they had lost my business.
