Honestly, the best experience I have ever had with an attorney outcome wise but you have to be patient as T. Scott is so damn busy and it takes time to get an appointment. All things considered, I had to wait to get the best and I got way more than what I expected out of my case in the end. I will be back if I ever have the need for an attorney again but hopefully I'll never be injured again I'm back and these guys helped me once again I cannot say enough about T. Scott and his team. They are the best in Knoxville and East Tennessee!

This law firm will do everything they can with the evidence or lack thereof that exists so don’t work against yourself or have anyone around you do as much! Fortunately or unfortunately they will protect their own at all costs; it’s your job to distinguish if you happen to be part of that. Kelly Tanner has the heart of a lion & will lighten the mood in even the darkest of times. He does a lot of the dirty work. Mr. Jones is as straight by the book as he can & should be, he’s read & recited all of it. No complaints only unfinished business on my end. If it’s your first time being in a legal scrum I highly recommend Banks & Jones. Hope your day is good Scott.
