This is the slowest and the most crookedest county. I have an ex-wife that got indicted back in February of 2013 for Flagrant Non Support. It is August 27, 2013 and still have not extradited her. If it was me that was behind almost $10,000.00 they would have done thrown me under the jail. We need a REALL CommonWealth Attorney who will actually do something!!! My name is Donnie Smith.
